Paperwork flew, the offers were reviewed and the final winning offer with no subjects was $ 308,000…that $ 18,000+ OVER ASKING!

Hi Everyone,

  I wanted to give all of you a quick update on the Open House we had this weekend at # 301-3333 West 4th Ave in Kitsilano.

  On Saturday, we had 45 sets of people come through.  Due to typical rainy Vancouver weather on Sunday, we had about 20 sets of people through - which is still a reasonable turn out.

  Tonight, we will be looking at offers at 7pm.  We have 3 offers coming in tonight. Check back tomorrow to see if this unit sold and for how much!
