WATERFRONT...Great News for Dock Potential at 4759 Strathcona Dr!

Good afternoon and Happy Halloween Everyone!

I just spoke with Mimi Cheung from the Port Authority in the District of North Vancouver and she had some great news regarding the potential of building a dock at 4759 Strathcona Rd property...

As long as the Guidelines that are posted on the Port Authority website (see link below) are met, a dock can be built!

The Guidelines deal primarily with the practicalities of height and size of the dock.
