Update after the Weekend...
Hi Everyone!
This weekend’s Open House at #303-3787 Pender St was a great success! We had about 40 - 45 sets of people come out to view the property and wowed them with the view on the Roof Top Deck. People also loved the price and the location.

On a further note, regarding #301-3333 West 4th, today’s the day that Subjects should be coming off…we’ll know more by the end of today…
